Abstract
The T-cell repertoire is generated as a result of selection processes that happen in the thymus. The molecular basis of these processes is beginning to be elucidated and many of the molecules identified have a role in regulating cell death. These molecules range from orphan nuclear receptors and transcription factors to cyclin-dependent kinase 2 and Bcl2 family members.Entities:
