Abstract
We report four cases of Urrets-Zavalia Syndrome (fixed dilated pupil with iris atrophy) observed after penetrating keratoplasty. The precise etiology of the syndrome is uncertain and different mechanisms are reviewed. Care should be taken to avoid the use of mydriatic eye drops after penetrating keratoplasty.Entities:
