Abstract
Desmoplastic fibroma of the long bones is very rare and has been mentioned in the literature, but there is no mention in the literature of desmoplastic fibroma occurring in relation to maxilla. The first case of desmoplastic fibroma of the maxilla is reported. Conservative surgery is recommended for desmoplastic fibroma of the maxilla to avoid facial deformity.Entities:
