Abstract
The details are reported of bladder dysfunction in a Japanese boy with adrenoleukodystrophy. He developed gait disturbance at the age of 15 years. Spastic paraparesis progressed from the legs to the hands and brain magnetic resonance imaging showed characteristic degenerative change. Detrusor hyperreflexia was found by a urodynamic study and detrusor-sphincter dyssynergia was also suspected.Entities:
