Abstract
There is a great variety of potential therapies in the treatment of lateral epicondylitis, surgical intervention being the most invasive. The most frequently applied therapies are corticosteroid injections, pain-relieving medication (NSAID) and physical therapy. Though many studies have been conducted, a "gold standard" in the treatment of LE is not available. Perhaps this is explained by a lack of methodological quality of many of these studies.Entities:
