The superomedial dermal pedicle for nipple transposition.

Abstract

A new method for nipple transposition employing a superomedial dermal pedicle is described for use in reduction mammaplasty and dermal mastopexy. The advantages include superior mobility, viability, sensation and normal appearing nipples and areolae.
