Abstract
We describe a 17-year-old boy with severe recalcitrant pyoderma gangrenosum. Healing was achieved with a combination of mycophenolate mofetil and cyclosporin, negative pressure dressings and split-skin grafts. His recovery was complicated by a sciatic nerve palsy, which we believe was caused by direct involvement of the nerve at the level of the sciatic notch.Entities:
