[Blood circulation disorder in thoracic outlet compression syndrome].

In 123 patients the peculiarities of the blood circulation disorder of upper extremities in presence of the compression thoracic outlet syndrome were studied. The m. scaleni syndrome was noted in 61 (49.5%) patients, cervical rib syndrome--in 9 (7.3%), costoclavicular syndrome--in 22 (18%), hyperabduction syndrome--in 31 (25.2%). The dependence of the blood circulation disorder from the kind of compression was established, permitting to choose the method of treatment differentially and to improve its results.
