Abstract
It is shown that intact animals caged with stressed animals or in smell contact with natural secretions of stressed animals develop alterations of the immune system and peripheral blood cell composition. The decline in the genesis of antibodies to T-dependent antigen is related to the animals' gender and occurs at the height of poststress immunodepression.Mesh:
