Abstract

A case of sinus pericranii communicating with the superior sagittal sinus is reported. Computed tomography (CT), magnetic resonance (MR) imaging, and angiography showed characteristic findings of sinus pericranii. However, MR venography was useful to visualize the entire lesion.
