Abstract
If there is an indication for sympathectomy in the case of severe hyperhidrosis or rubeosis, in our opinion the posterior approach is preferable because of the advantages in surgical technique and anesthesia. Bilateral treatment can be accomplished in a single admission, with all the concomitant advantages.Entities:
