Abstract
We describe an 18-month-old boy with an abdominoscrotal hydrocele that extended into the space of Retzius and mimicked a herniation of the bladder. Preoperative ultrasonography of the scrotum and lower abdomen is recommended in boys with suspected large hydroceles.Entities:
