Abstract
The management of intractable hemoptysis, short of surgery, is poorly defined. A technique is described utilizing a bronchofiberscope and a Fogarty catheter that not only provides visualization of the source of bleeding, but also furnishes a means of controlling the bleeding. This technique can also be used through a rigid bronchoscope.Entities:
