Abstract
Sacrococcygeal teratomas are unusual tumors in children, and are extremely rare in adults. A review of the literature has revealed 69 reported cases of presacral teratomas in adults, and an additional two cases are presented, one in association with a meningocoele. Surgical excision is the treatment of choice. Malignant changes were noted in 11 per cent of cases.Entities:
