Establishing a mental health liaison nurse service: lessons for the future.

Mental health liaison nursing teams are developing across the UK with a diverse range of roles and functions. This article provides a description of the development of one such service in a large hospital in outer London and an insight into some of the key factors for success when setting up such a service.
