Abstract
Papillon-Lefèvre syndrome in a 14-year-old boy presenting with palmoplantar keratoderma, periodontosis, recurrent pyogenic infections of the skin, and hepatic abscesses is reported for its rarity and unusual manifestations. The patient showed a dramatic response to acitretin therapy.Entities:
