Abstract
YG 19-256, 4-(1,3,4,9b-tetrahydro-5 methyl-2H-indeno[1,2-c]pyridine-2-yl)-2-butanone methane sulphonate, 1-3 mg/kg i.v., abolished or reduced photically-induced myoclonic responses for 1.5-6.5 h in baboons, Papio papio, without producing signs of acute neurological toxicity.Entities:
