Abstract
The author reports an atypical case of tardive dyskinesia in a 19-year-old male who had been given relatively low dosages of neuroleptic medication for less than 6 months. The symptoms cleared within 3 months after the medication was discontinued. The author reviews the literature regarding similar atypical cases and suggests that increased reporting and careful description of such cases might be useful in furthering our understanding of this syndrome.Entities:
