Ileocecal tuberculosis.

Abstract

Three cases of ileocecal tuberculosis are presented with a review of pathogenesis, diagnosis and therapy. Emphasis is placed upon preoperative suspicion and the indications for resectional surgery in combination with antituberculous drugs in the management of the patients.
