Coronary artery bypass surgery after previous pneumonectomy-two case reports.

Abstract

Coronary artery surgery after previous pneumonectomy should be considered a high risk procedure. We describe two cases with associated morbidity and mortality. Pathogenetic mechanisms are discussed.
