Abstract
Celecoxib, a specific inhibitor of cyclooxygenase-2, is used to treat the symptoms of arthritis. A 79-year-old woman developed an atypical visual disturbance associated with this agent that resolved on discontinuation of celecoxib. Similar visual disturbances described with the traditional nonsteroidal antiinflammatory drugs are discussed.Entities:
