Abstract
A rare case of sabaceous carcinoma of the caruncle with intraluminal shedding of tumour cells into the canaliculus is presented. The possibility of metastatic spread via this route and its clinical implications are discussed. Although the patient had tumor extending to the deep surgical section, he is alive 29 months after the initial surgical excision without subsequent treatment.Entities:
