Abstract
Persistent Mullerian Duct Syndrome (PMDS) associated with transverse testicular ectopia (TTE) is rare. Ten cases have been reported in the past. Accurate diagnosis with karyotype and histological analysis is crucial. Surgical management should be geared toward preservation of fertility when possible.Entities:
