Abstract
Peliosis hepatis is an uncommon benign disorder characterized by blood-filled cavities within the liver. We describe the sonographic, computed tomographic, and magnetic resonance appearance of a patient affected by peliosis hepatis with pseudotumoral and hemorrhagic evolution and direct demonstration of the ectatic vascular components.Entities:
