Abstract
Contrast transesophageal echocardiography was found useful in diagnosing combined interatrial and intrapulmonary right-to-left shunts in a patient presenting with orthodeoxia. This was done by separately examining the pulmonary veins and the interatrial septum during intravenous normal saline injections.Entities:
