Abstract
Ectopic subdiaphragmatic development of a bronchogenic cyst is rare. We report the case of a 28-year-old woman with a symptomatic bronchogenic cyst of the right hemidiaphragm simulating a hydatic cyst of the liver on ultrasonography and CT scan. Diagnosis of a diaphragmatic lesion was made during laparotomy, and complete resection was successful. Final diagnosis was done on pathology.Entities:
