Abstract
We present here a case of discrete saccular coronary artery aneurysm located astride bifurcation between the left anterior descending artery and first diagonal branch in the absence of severe coronary artery occlusive disease. The patient underwent surgery where complete resection of the aneurysm and patch angioplasty using saphenous vein graft were performed. Postoperative coronary angiography revealed disappearance of the aneurysm and no stenosis of the repaired coronary artery. The patient is now leading a normal life without any symptoms one year after the operation.Entities:
