Abstract
The use of bone-patellar tendon-bone allograft or autograft in anterior cruciate ligament (ACL) reconstruction is an accepted method of repair of the ACL-deficient knee with few complications. We report an unusual complication associated with this technique, the development of synovial fistula and cyst associated with the use of nonabsorbable suture material.Entities:
