Abstract
We present a case of bilateral sixth nerve palsies in a six-year-old girl misdiagnosed as a congenital esotropia. Magnetic resonance imaging revealed a large clival tumor compressing the pons. The tumor was removed surgically, but the bilateral sixth nerve palsy remained.Entities:
