Abstract
Nontypable Haemophilus influenzae is a common cause of otitis media and initiates infection by colonizing the upper respiratory tract. In this article, I review our current understanding of the molecular determinants of H. influenzae colonization and discuss the relationship between colonization and otitis media.Entities:
