Popliteal pseudoaneurysm and arteriovenous fistula after arthroscopic meniscectomy.

D J Mullen1, G J Jabaji.

Abstract

A 69-year-old woman developed 2 pseudoaneurysms and an arteriovenous fistula in the popliteal vasculature after arthroscopic knee surgery. Despite heightened suspicion, prompt diagnosis, and early surgical intervention, the patient had an incomplete resolution of her symptoms.
