Abstract
A case of uterine endometrial carcinoma 15 months post-partum, who did have none of typical risk factors of uterine endometrial carcinoma, is presented. The occurrence of post-partum uterine endometrial carcinoma is extremely rare condition probably due to anti-carcinogenic effects of progesterone. Progesterone refractory cells in the uterine endometrium, which could be an origin of the endometrial carcinoma, might have existed.Entities:
