Abstract
Inhaled nitric oxide, a selective pulmonary vasodilator, decreases mean pulmonary artery pressure and pulmonary vascular resistance and improves oxygenation in previously unobtainable ways without significant changes in systemic hemodynamics. We report successful treatment of a patient with acute graft dysfunction after living-donor lobar lung transplantation using nitric oxide inhalation.Entities:
