Abstract
Cryoablation in the left ventricular outflow tract and aortic valve replacement were conducted in a 70-year-old man with frequent premature ventricular contraction and nonsustained ventricular tachycardia complicated by Sellers grade 4 aortic regurgitation. The earliest endocardial activation site during premature ventricular contraction was confirmed by a preoperative electrophysiological study of the left sinus of Valsalva. Cryoablation preceded valvulectomy followed by aortic valve replacement. Clinical symptoms of premature ventricular contraction disappeared immediately after surgery.Entities:
