Treatment of drug refractory ventricular tachycardia by biventricular pacing.

Abstract

In a patient with severe congestive heart failure and ischemic disease, frequent episodes of ventricular tachycardia were completely suppressed by an implantable cardioverter defibrillator with biventricular pacing.
