Abstract
In this article, we will review the implementation of the ISO 9000 quality system in the Department of Nuclear Medicine. We will also discuss the benefits of working with the ISO 9000 standards and explain why we have shifted our focus from ISO 9000 towards the EFQM model. After an introduction concerning Total Quality Management and the EFQM model, we will describe how we have used the EFQM model to date and how we intend to implement TQM in the future.Mesh：
