Abstract
We report on a 50-year-old man with rapidly progressive glomerulonephritis and carcinoma of the hypopharynx. Because cancer treatment was followed by remission of proteinuria and complete restoration of renal function, a causal relationship between tumor and glomerular injury seems possible.Entities:
