Paraffinoma of the external genitalia after autoinjection of vaseline.

Abstract

Five cases of sclerosing lipogranulomas of the external genitalia after previous injection of vaseline are presented. The public should be informed about the disastrous effects of paraffin injections and the importance of a radical but organ-preserving surgical treatment.
