Abstract
Five triterpenoid saponins [buddlejasaponin IV, sandrosaponins VII (1), VIII (2), IX (3), and X (4)] were isolated from an n-BuOH extract of the roots of Bupleurum rigidum. Sandrosaponins VII-X (1-4) are new compounds, and their structures were established by 1D and 2D NMR techniques, FABMS, and chemical methods.Entities:
