Abstract
We describe a case of dystocia by excess of fetal abdominal part related to giant polycystic renal disease. We list the fetal malformations leading to dystocia and discuss the choice between embryotomy and cesarean section, particularly in countries were no prenatal diagnosis can be made.Entities:
