Abstract
Sustained fever and increased thickness of the distal ileum on ultrasound suggested Crohn's disease in an adolescent boy. Bartonella henselae infection was diagnosed by specific serology and the patient recovered. Ileitis could be related to B. henselae infection.Entities:
