[Bioethics principles and prevention of environmental risks: possible interpretations].

The article analyses some characteristics and some "dilemmas" of prevention from environmental risks. The notions of uncertainty, acceptable risk, risk perception, willingness to pay, responsibility in decisions are discussed. A critical analysis of the proposals of the North-American "principalism" is the basis for developing some ethical evaluations.
