Abstract
An important prerequisite to changes in an educational program's predominant philosophy and culture is systematic faculty development to begin and sustain the evolution. The authors describe how one nursing school implemented a faculty development program with the goal of infusing critical thinking strategies into courses throughout the curriculum.Mesh:
