Abstract
Biological properties of isolated immunocytes directly involved in an immune response such as plaque forming cells may be studied in a closed liquid microchamber. Furthermore the selected cells can be cultured for over three days; immunocytological treatments of these cells permit also their characterization by electron microscopy.Mesh：
