Abstract
We report a 75-year-old man with a ruptured acute thoracic aortic dissecting hematoma treated using endovascular stent grafting and video-assisted thoracoscopic surgery. This less invasive therapy is a good therapeutic option even in ruptured acute aortic dissections, particularly given the difficulty of surgery.Entities:
