Abstract
An extended lateral rhinotomy incision for total maxillectomy, which avoids postoperative lower eyelid complications, is described. Advantages of the extended lateral rhinotomy incision for total maxillectomy are discussed in comparison with the classic Weber-Fergusson incision.Entities:
