Abstract
A case of inflammatory pseudotumour of the thoracic spine is reported. There appears to be only one previous report of a spinal case. The patient, a 58-year-old woman, presented with symptoms and signs of spinal cord compression indistinguishable from those due to extradural tumour. The radiological, operative and pathological findings are presented together with a literature review.Entities:
