Abstract
We report the case of a patient with synovial sarcoma and a large hematoma of the inguinal region. The patient underwent tumor resection of the lower 2/3 of the acetabulum after preoperative chemotherapy. Twenty-four months after surgery, she is alive without any relapse and can walk without support.Entities:
