Abstract
IMPLICATIONS: During the peripartum period, cocaine-abusing women are highly susceptible to myocardial infarction. This report describes a case of myocardial infarction diagnosed by increased troponin I levels in a pregnant patient with a history of recent crack cocaine use and severe preeclampsia.Entities:
