Abstract
We treated two cases of osteosarcoma in siblings. After intensive chemotherapy and surgery, both patients are alive after 9 and 4 years without any signs of disease. We report the course of disease in these patients in detail and review the literature on 59 patients with familial osteosarcomas.Entities:
